1st - 6 weeks another 12 to go, I want to get down to 10 percent body fat, don’t know if I can do it, but I will just try, fluctuate between 64 ~ 65 kg, I can go 70 but won’t, too much fat atm, I am running HIIT 5 times a week + 5 gym session+ lots of water and try to eat clean, doesn’t seem to be working but I think my belt went down a notch.
